Sparkling wine produced with grapes Marsanne is Barbera hand-picked, original of the region of Rhone north, and introduced into the Piacenza hills by the troops Napoleonic.
The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level. on calcareous and alkaline soils.
Wine obtained from refermentation in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method.
Bottling takes place at the end of winter with the addition of must for the second fermentation in the bottle.
In this way the wine becomes naturally sparkling in spring.
Similar to Champagne .
Without added sulphites.
Natural deep pink color with lively foam.
The nose is fruity, with notes of strawberry, citrus and berries, accompanied by floral notes.
On the palate it is lively, easy to drink.
