Sparkling wine produced with grapes Marsanne hand-picked, original of the region of Rhone north, and introduced into the Piacenza hills by the troops Napoleonic.
The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level. on calcareous and alkaline soils.
Wine obtained from refermentation in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method.
Bottling takes place at the end of winter with the addition of must for the second fermentation in the bottle.
In this way the wine becomes naturally sparkling in spring.
The association to one Champagne it comes natural and immediate.
Without added sulphites.
Straw yellow wine with lively froth.
On the nose the aromas of citrus, yeast, tropical fruit and floral essences stand out.
On the palate it is lively, easy to drink.
